Digital Marketer • Web Designer • World Traveller

Hi, my name's Lilly and I'm a young professional looking to continue work in the digital marketing field. I started coding websites when I was about 10 years old, and it was a hobby of mine through college. It landed me a job in marketing and I've been hooked ever since. I specialise in digital marketing and website content and my record has only increases in sales. Please see more of my skills & experiences outlined below. Feel free to inquire about anything you read.

This website features a randomly-selected photo of 8 from my travels. Feel free to ask me about them, as well.

Education: Bachelor of Arts, Art History
George Washington University, graduated May 2016
Art history is an interesting field that asks students to research artworks through artistic, cultural, and personal perspectives and then combine that learned knowledge into a written analysis, often accompanied by a verbal presentation. I can research, analyse, write and present information like it's second nature. I also got to study abroad at the American University of Paris in France, which was a once in a lifetime experience.

Marketing Supervisor
Banyan Tree, LLC, July 2017 - Present
Banyan Tree is a lawn servicing company that uses direct marketing as its primary source of customer acquisition. My job includes not only acquiring customers but motivating, coaching, and constantly checking the quality of the marketing assistants.

Web Content Specialist
Energy Conscious, January 2016 - April 2017
Energy Conscious is an eCommerce company that sells energy efficient construction products (insulation, air conditioners, etc.). My job responsibilities included maintaining and updating the website with product content, and monitoring our website's productivity and our ads' effectiveness.

Research Assistant
George Washington University Resource Centre, December 2015 - May 2016
The GWUVRC has boxes of un-archived artworks and we research assistants were to take those unmarked artworks and figure out the name, artist, date, and other information of the work. We were also responsible for inputting as much information into the online database system that we could find.

Weekend Manager
White Apron Specialty Sandwiches, May 2013 - January 2016
White Apron is a sandwich shop that prides itself on its quality ingredients and excellent customer service. Check their Yelp and you'll find they're quite a few steps above Subway. My job was to provide exceptional customer service and organise catering orders. Once I was promoted to weekend manager, I was also responsible for keeping track of inventory and making more crucial decisions.

Seasonal Sales Associate
Crate & Barrel, May 2015 - September 2015
Crate & Barrel is a housewares store and my job was to aid customers from the moment they walked in to the moment they left with their bags. I was able to get roughly 30% of my customers' emails to add to the company system. At the end of the season, I was asked to stay on the team but I declined due to scheduling conflicts.

Literary Magazine, August 2008 - May 2016
I was on my high school's literary magazine team as well as my college's, Aurora and Wooden Teeth respectively. During my time on those teams, we would critique written and visual artwork to determine whether or not it was acceptable to publish it in our annual booklets. Discussing and critiquing creative poetry and prose was a nice compliment to standard English lessons.

* Results calculated against both recent sales as well as Monday sales (the sale was on a Monday)
** SEO increase calculated from one batch of SEO I performed.
*** Consumer participation is calculated using number of initial followers and number of followers when I left the company.
